Accounting Pricing

Comprehensive financial management services to support your business growth and everyday operations

2026 Pricing

A monthly price you know in advance. The price includes the accounting software, day-to-day bookkeeping, VAT returns, advisory, the financial statements and the tax return. Most accounting firms invoice the software and the financial statements separately on top – we don’t. No overage lines appear on the invoice, and there is no surcharge for a limited company.

Pricing as of 6 September 2026, valid for new agreements. All prices exclude VAT – the applicable VAT (25.5%) is added.

Light suits an entrepreneur who pays invoices in their own online bank and sends material to the software’s own email address. Full adds e-invoicing, the payment of your purchase invoices and the mobile app. When the step changes, you get a notice – not an invoice. For the first three months the step is checked monthly; after that from a three-month average, quarterly. The price moves in both directions, changes are announced in advance and are never invoiced retroactively.

One-off charges

One-off charges

Your earlier material does not have to be in the new system: the retention obligation
is met by the archive, and the comparison figures come with the opening balances. Migration means moving completed bookkeeping; bookkeeping that has not been done is catch-up work.

Larger or non-standard migrations are priced case by case, and the price is always agreed in advance.

Billed Separately

Delivery of accounting materials: Businesses that file VAT returns monthly must submit their accounting materials by the 10th of the following month. Businesses that file quarterly must submit their materials within 10 days of the end of the quarter.

A late fee will be charged for overdue materials, and statutory reporting deadlines cannot be guaranteed in such cases.

The manual processing surcharge is removed as soon as your materials are provided electronically — we will help you transition to digital processes during onboarding.

A voucher is a dated and numbered document evidencing a business transaction: a sales or purchase invoice, receipt, bank statement entry, payslip, travel or expense claim, or memorandum voucher. A monthly summary invoice or sales report is a single voucher even if it contains dozens of purchases we help arrange it.

Hourly Work

Catch-up bookkeeping means bringing previous accounting periods, covering the time before the agreement began, up to date. This is always carried out as part of the onboarding process, and we provide a written estimate in advance. Minimum charge: 2 hours.

Specialist services — including tax planning, corporate restructuring, calculations, analyses and document preparation — are billed at an hourly rate or quoted separately. We always provide an estimate in advance.

What Is Advisory Services and What Is Consulting?

Rule of thumb: if the answer is a sentence, it is advice. If it results in a calculation, document or plan, it is consulting. The number of advisory hours is an indicative limit — if it is exceeded, we will discuss any additional work with you in advance, and we will never send a surprise invoice. Unused advisory hours do not carry over to the following year.

Advice — included in the package

  • How to process this receipt or invoice and which VAT rate applies
  • Submitting documents and using the system
  • Reading your monthly report
  • Deadlines and reporting obligations
  • Brief answers by email (by phone in Finnish)

Consulting — €60 / h or a fixed fee

  • Tax planning
  • Corporate reorganisations and changes to the legal form of the company
  • Profitability, pricing and investment calculations
  • Budgets and cash flow forecasts
  • Financial appendices for financing applications
  • Correspondence with authorities and responses to requests for clarification
  • Preparation of contracts and other documents
  • Business plan

Business Setup

Includes incorporation documents, registration notifications (Trade Register and VAT, Prepayment Register and Employer Register), a chart of accounts and initial advice. Official fees: PRH (Finnish Patent and Registration Office) €240 for a limited company, €70 for a sole trader. Official fees are not included: PRH (Finnish Patent and Registration Office) invoices them directly to the company according to its own price list.

One System, One Price

Our package prices are based on one carefully selected accounting software solution, which is included in the price together with its user rights. This is why we can offer a fixed monthly fee without separate software or transaction charges.

On the Full level, receipts are photographed with your phone, purchase invoices are sent directly to the system, and bank transactions are transferred automatically from your bank.

If your company already uses another accounting software solution, we will provide
a separate quote. Software alone without the bookkeeping service: NoCFO from us
at €49 / month (VAT 0%).

Your business bank account is always a separate agreement between your company and the bank, and the bank will invoice you directly — it is not included in the monthly fee. We can help you choose a suitable account and connect it to your accounting.

Payment Terms

The package fee is always invoiced in advance for the selected billing period. Our agreements are subject to the general terms and conditions TAL2023 of Taloushallintoliitto (the Association of Finnish Accounting Firms). Late-payment interest and collection costs are charged in accordance with the Interest Act.

Supplier Price List
