Accounting and Financial Statements
We keep your finances up to date. We take care of your accounting, accounts receivable and payable, financial statements, and tax returns accurately and on time.
Payroll
Accurate and hassle-free payroll administration. We make sure salaries are paid and statutory reports are submitted on time.
Financial and Tax Advisory
Advice and consulting – brief questions are included in the package; wider planning and calculations at our hourly rate.
Starting a Business
Starting a business – incorporation documents and registrations. A business plan is prepared as consulting at our hourly rate.

For businesses and those looking to switch accounting firms
Fixed monthly fee – from €69 / month
VAT 0%
The price includes the accounting software, bookkeeping, VAT returns, the financial statements and the tax return, and 2 hours of advisory a year. The same price applies to sole traders and limited companies. The price follows your monthly number of vouchers. When the volume changes, you get a notice in advance – never an extra invoice. Onboarding is a one-off €149.

We are a Fennoa accounting partner and a certified Netvisor partner, as well as a Procountor, NoCFO and Holvi partner. We are also an accounting firm partner of the Association of Finnish Accounting Firms.
Where We Serve
We provide remote financial management services throughout Finland. Our home base is in Lieksa, meetings in Finnish can be arranged in Lieksa and the Oulu region when needed — and elsewhere in Finland when required.
In Finnish we communicate by email, Teams, Google Meet and phone. International clients are served by email – see below. Wherever your business is located in Finland, we are here to support you.
Serving International Clients
We serve international clients by email. You can write to us in English – or in your own language if you prefer – and we reply in the same language. Phone service is available in Finnish only. Everything stays in writing, so you can read each answer at your own pace and return to it later. If a matter cannot be handled in writing, or you need software training, we can arrange a remote meeting with an English interpreter: the time is charged at our standard hourly rate, and the interpreter is invoiced at cost. Both are always agreed in advance.
