Where we serve
We serve clients electronically throughout Finland and operate from Lieksa and Oulu. In Finnish, communication is handled by email, Teams, Google Meet and phone. International clients are served by email in English or their own language; phone service is in Finnish only.
Serving International Clients
We serve international clients by email. You can write to us in English – or in your own language if you prefer – and we reply in the same language. Phone service is available in Finnish only. Everything stays in writing, so you can read each answer at your own pace and return to it later. If a matter cannot be handled in writing, or you need software training, we can arrange a remote meeting with an English interpreter: the time is charged at our standard hourly rate, and the interpreter is invoiced at cost. Both are always agreed in advance.
Invoicing and document information
We only accept e-invoices. Documents, insurance correspondence, and other mail should be sent by email.

We do not accept paper invoices or letters. If paper mail is nevertheless sent to us, a processing fee of €150.00 per letter will be charged.
